turn around time for
a custom machine before
it maybe shipped is
typically around 5
to 10 days. Cast models
are shipped within
1 to 5 days. All orders
shipped within the
continental United
States are shipped
U.S. Postal. All Alaska
and Hawaii orders
are also shipped U.S.
Postal.

machines are shipped
Via U.S. Postal unless
specified. Please
report any damages,
problems, or shortages
within 24 hours of
receipt. Have your
invoice and Shipment
label numbers available
for any damaged parcel
processing. We are
not responsible for
lost uninsured shipments.

the extra few dollars
for insurance.

come with a 1 year
full service warranty.
In addition I also
warranty the craftsmanship
of my frames for life,
unless altered. Warranty
does not include shipping
cost. Any changing
of parts voids warranty.
